CBHT is an active member of the City of Asheville’s Adopt-A-Street program. The program is coordinated by Asheville Greenworks, a community based beautification organization.  We have adopted Martin Luther King Highway   with our partner St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.  Together, both congregations clean the area six times per year.  Our participation in this project helps to reduce litter in the city.  More importantly we have formed a bond with another congregation in the city.
